This is great for a current Assistant Manager seeking development or an experienced Floor Supervisor looking for that step up. It will reward the right person with a highly organised and professional team, in an environment that encourages knowledge and a go-getter attitude.
You’ll have a large team to conduct and motivate. Also, maintaining the high level of service expected from all the guests. Essentially a hands-on role, you’ll be expected to work closely with the team and run services. In addition, there will be the usual back of house duties such as: rostering, stocktakes, compliance, training etc. All of these will be assigned to different managers throughout the year.
The Required Experience
We need someone with supreme confidence in their own ability. Previous experience working in high volume and good quality venues is essential. Ideally, you’ll be someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator.
Pre-requisite to this role is being able to meet the expectations of both the business and the customers. This will suit a manager who is career hungry and focused, someone who can display excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.
Hours and Rewards
You’ll be required to work a 5-day week, incorporating 2 doubles, fair working hours. No more than 45 hours a week, also one day shift (extra night off each week).
