The Role

A challenging position for an experienced Food and Beverage manager but one that can offer the successful candidate a rewarding and invigorating lifestyle.  You’ll be in charge of a strong team, a natural leader who is able to inspire and influence by leading from the front.  Having full responsibility for the entire operation will keep your day busy, organizing department meetings, driving revenue and implementing long-term strategy while simultaneously keeping an eye on operations and working alongside the staff.

Required Experience

You’ll be an experienced F&B Manager with an eye for detail and opportunity to engage and excel customer expectations. You will be coming from a similar level venue with a flair for creating exceptional Food and beverage experiences across all outlets.

Someone who thrives on a challenge and enjoys developing a close-knit team.  A hands-on approach is vital for this role, someone who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up and getting involved with every aspect of the business, setting the bar and showing empathy with the staff.  The successful candidate will also have a strong business sense as well as a thorough understanding of budgeting and forecasting, as well as presenting weekly figures meetings is essential.

A real people person is a must for this role, someone passionate about the industry who enjoys building great guest relations.
