You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venues, with a strong emphasis on F&B, service and part of the team of Duty Managers. We are looking for the hospitable charm while keeping a supportive and mentoring approach to the young and enthusiastic team.
You will play a key part in the motivation and development of staff, ensuring the smooth running of the venue and creating a great guest experience.
The current upper management team have all been duty managers and risen the ranks quickly. There is room to grow in general operations, F&B, multi-outlet, new venue set-ups and accommodation coming on board in the next 2 years.
Who we are looking for
This role is perfect for a passionate duty manager who comes from a strong hospitality background, either Hotel or modern Club Pub. Ideally, you will be confident in all areas of operations: compliance, stock control, entertainment and staffing.
You will need to be able to forge a strong identity within a large environment whilst maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Several years of experience in a within a high turnover, multi-faceted property.
- Savvy with administration and technology
- Proven experience building, leading, managing, motivating and driving large teams to consistently reach targets.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Fantastic presentation and great communication skills
The company is well known for looking after its staff and the proof is in the longevity. Offering an excellent salary, a 40-45hr work week. Relocation allowance, phone allowance, uniform provided, RSA & RCG paid for if required.
Salary range is up to $70-75K+S for the candidate with the right skills and experience.
