This is a thriving large scale business with entertainment at its core. You’ll have excellent support from head office and onsite managers. You’ll also be given the chance to grow in a different field, while still using your experience in customer service.  The venue offers multi-screens, including 2 VIP Lounges. It’s located Inner West Sydney and prides itself on fast and friendly service.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be reporting to the GM and AM, who are also from a hospitality background. You’ll also be supporting and managing a large team of service staff.

Encompassing the day-to-day running of a highly successful entertainment complex, you’ll be required to assist and manage the whole operation, including training and development, increasing service standards and management support.

Required Experience

Ideally you’ll be someone that comes from a professional hospitality background, fast paced and dynamic.  Having the ability to lead a team and bring that level of friendly customer service is essential. This is a great opportunity for a current Supervisor or duty manager working within a restaurant, hotel or pub.

Training and development are important to this role, so we prefer someone who has a strong training background and a patient persona.  Having an experience in stocktaking and ordering processes is a plus.
