The Role

This is about idea generation and coming up with creative campaigns. It is not the typical data entry marketing role. The marketing team are extremely hands on in our business, coming up with all campaign concepts ourselves. We are looking for someone with a creative flair, who loves working in a collaborative environment, and to come up with innovative, exciting campaigns in their CRM program. These campaigns must engage their consumers and members.

Based in Head Office, with a flexible work-from-home hybrid offer, this role is all about managing the membership program, reporting and analysing on engagement, writing strong and powerful copy, working on campaigns, cloud management and more.

You will be collaborating with all these Senior Stakeholders in the business, coming up with campaigns and executing the start to finish process of CRM. This is a huge opportunity to get exposure to working with a senior team, as well as build up and stretch your marketing wings. You will be putting significant campaigns into your portfolio.

This is a Monday-Friday, flexible role. We are happy to cater to different schedules, and open to a work from home hybrid set-up. More so, there is a generous salary on offer, above market, for a creative candidate with a CRM background and understanding. 5 weeks holiday and annual leave is built into this salary package as well. Also, a free gym membership as part of the role.

On offer is $90K+S and above for this role.  If you have a strong experience, the offer is in the $100K range; a junior candidate with CRM experience, on the lower range.
