Lots of opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager / BDM.  Long-term GM is lovely and very supportive as are the 2 owners. The office is based in the CBD of Sydney with public transport and parking close by though not a part of the package.

The Role

The day-to-day you would be left to organize “run your own show”. You will be given latitude and support to accomplish your targets.

Ideally, you would be targeting and engaging with the existing Corporate and of course developing new business. There are many untapped opportunities in this sector so for a proactive sales professional there is a lot of low hanging fruit.

As with any business development role you will need to be self-motivated and very much on the front foot.

What we are looking for

We are looking for strong previous experience in a similar role and environment either in a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager position. Of course, you must be well-presented with exceptional written and verbal communication.

The person will be in charge of their own department, so to speak, so communication with other managers, particularly with F&B will be a big part of the role, as well as a high level of stakeholder management.

You’ll be responsible for costs within your department, budgeting, quotes etc

Someone with a good amount of experience in corporate sales. You’ll be a well-rounded and balanced individual, someone who loves to be bold and confident.
