The Role

Is newly created and will be overseeing and driving the beverage program from purchasing, labour, COG’s, stock control and of course mentoring and growing your team.

This is a highly professional environment which offers the candidate the chance to work within a very rewarding company.  You’ll be working with a stellar wine list and environment that encourages creativity and fun.

Of course, all the usual duties guiding the customers through the wine list in an engaged and friendly manner.

The Required Experience

Ideally, you’ll have a presence and a good sense of restaurant management as you’ll be required to do some sommelier shifts in addition to management duties.  Having positive energy and stacks of confidence is essential.

Ideally, you’ll be someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator and of course has a passion for wine and beverage!
