You’ll be someone who thrives on large scale operations. Experience working in a high-volume restaurant bar is essential. Responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the bar, back of house duties, and also stocktaking, rostering, ordering etc.

The Required Experience
Ideally, you’ll have experience as a bar supervisor or bar manager, with some wine knowledge and strong cocktail knowledge. Someone who is well groomed and enjoys the social aspect of hospitality. This is a casual-professional environment, so this would suit someone who enjoys that fast and fun approach to dining.
The right candidate will have strength in personality, confident running a large restaurant bar, organised, plus a dynamic presence that can deal with all situations.
As an indication, you will be looking at a salary up to $75,000 dependent on experience and would generally be looking at a 38-45 hour week with 2 days off in a row. No really late finishes, mostly out before 12 and very good tips.
