Our client is looking for someone who is friendly, engaging and has a genuine, warm personality and the ability to run a large team in a busy quality venue.
You’ll be overseeing the Bistro and Restaurant with a very experienced Restaurant Manager and GM who will both be an amazing mentor for you in your career. They are looking at a strong emphasis on continuing to improve the style of service while overseeing the large dining room.
The Asst Restaurant Manager should ideally come from a busy quality restaurant or foodie pub background as the position requires a person who brings a professional approach to service and training. Previous experience in managing a high-volume property is ideal for this role.
This position will be ideal for someone looking to advance their career and harness their expertise within a different environment. You’ll be a person with strong leadership skills, an excellent communicator between departments and an innovative thinker.

Regarding salary, we are looking between $60-70K+S depending on experience.
