The Venue

This stand-alone restaurant is an institution and is changing the game in the local food scene, quality friendly and fun. This venue has a large food and dining offering. The property has seating for over 150 pax.

The Role

This is an assistant restaurant manager role that requires a friendly, engaging and warm personality and the ability to run a large team in a busy quality venue. This would suit an assistant restaurant manager who is able to see the big picture but also has a hands-on approach.  Ideally, you’ll be someone with a background in similar quality busy venues and someone who strives for attention to detail while maintaining a sense of fun and engaging with customers and staff.

You’ll be overseeing the Restaurant with the very experienced Restaurant Manager.  They are looking at a strong emphasis on continuing to improve the style of service while overseeing the large dining room.

Required Experience

Ideally, you’ll come from a high-quality restaurant or foodie pub background as the position requires a person who brings a professional approach to service and training.  Previous experience managing a high volume property is ideal for this role.

This position will be ideal for someone looking to advance their career and harness their expertise within a different environment.  You’ll be a person with strong leadership skills, an excellent communicator between departments and an innovative thinker.
