This is a stand-alone restaurant (an institution in its own right) and is a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike. Located inside a state-of-the-art complex, it is changing the game in the local food scene in South West Sydney.

Its recent refurbishment brought the restaurant to another level of stunning! The food is absolutely delish! You’ll definitely want to be a part of this restaurant!

With a mix of casual dining and full service, this Venue has seating for over 300pax – and it pumps! But quality and friendliness are never sacrificed, the team are masters of high-volume, good quality and genuine conversation.

The Role

This is the perfect role for a Restaurant Supervisor or team leader wanting to take that ‘next step’ in their career or for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to be a part of a large, food-driven venue with an awesome family-centric culture. Our client is looking for these main qualities for the perfect candidate – friendly, engaging and has a genuine, warm personality and the ability to run a large team in a busy quality venue.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be overseeing the Bistro and Restaurant with a very experienced Restaurant Manager who will both be an amazing mentor for you in your career. They are looking at a strong emphasis on continuing to improve the style of service while overseeing the large dining room.

Required Experience

This position will be ideal for someone looking to advance their career and harness their expertise within a different environment.  You’ll be a person with strong leadership skills and an excellent communicator between a primarily Mandarin-speaking kitchen and front of house
