The Venue

This stand-alone restaurant is an institution and is changing the game in the local food scene. It prides itself with quality service, friendly atmosphere and fun vibe. This venue has a large food and dining offering. The property has seating for over 150 pax.

The Role

This is an Assistant Restaurant Manager role that requires a friendly, engaging and warm personality and the ability to run a large team in a busy quality venue. This would suit an assistant manager who sees the big picture but also has a hands-on approach.  Ideally, you’ll be someone with a background in similar quality busy venues, who strives for attention to detail, and at the same time maintains a sense of fun and engages with customers and staff.

You’ll be overseeing the restaurant with the very experienced Restaurant Manager. They are looking at continuing to improve the style of service while overseeing the large dining room.

Required Experience

Ideally, you’ll come from a high-quality restaurant or foodie pub background as the position requires a person who brings a professional approach to service and training.  Previous experience managing a high volume property is ideal for this role.

This assistant restaurant manager position will be ideal for someone looking to advance their career and harness their expertise within a different environment.  You’ll be a person with strong leadership skills, an excellent communicator between departments and an innovative thinker.

Salary and Perks

Free parking is available, and uniforms and professional development are all on offer. Regarding salary, we are looking at between $60K+S and 70K+S depending on experience.
