The Property

As a part of a highly acclaimed group, this restaurant and small bar are really something else. They are based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. There is plenty of parking and the beautiful gardens have that wow factor. Think a “Chiswick” type vibe.

The restaurant is a 60-seater so lots of time to do things properly and spend time with the guests. The venue has a hatted Chef and also a focus on wellness and healthy/organic food. It’s a small but professional team of around 6-7 staff plus the small bar staff.

The Role

We are really looking for somebody special to work in this industry-leading venture. The assistant manager will be collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and Chef who have strong quality restaurant background and a true professional.

In terms of the nuts and bolts, you would be working closely with both these people. The Chef as mentioned has a hatted background and passionate about health and wellness.

It’s a very hands-on role.  What is worth mentioning, perhaps more than in other roles, is for the assistant manager to warmly engage with our guests, many of whom are regulars.

What you will need

  • A proven recent track record in quality restaurant
  • Excellent communication
  • Exceptional customer service with a connected and genuine approach
  • Some local wine knowledge

Above all you will possess the style and WOW factor fitting of a role of this nature.
