The Role

This is a assistant manager’s role that will reward the right person with a highly organised and professional team. You will be in an environment that encourages style and knowledge. Set in a glamorous, formal, yet fun space for a manager to shine. In return, you’ll be an individual that lives and breathes the industry, as well as having a passion for good food and wine. You’ll have a large team to conduct and motivate, along with maintaining the high level of service expected from all the guests. This position also has an element of administration, so someone who is very organised is essential.

The Required Experience

First is to have supreme confidence in their own ability. Previous experience working in a premium, fast paced, medium to large venues is essential. Also, ideal for this role is someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator. Being able to meet the expectations of both the business and the customers is a pre-requisite. This will suit a manager who is career hungry and focused, heading towards the peak of their career and able display excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.

Hours and Rewards

You’ll be required to work a 5-day week, incorporating 2 doubles. Working within a good size management team allows the managers to take turns to close up, which means an early finish a couple of nights a week. This will be highly rewarding, financially up to $78K + great tips, and professionally fulfilling role that will appeal to a career minded and confident individual.
