This is your chance for a work-life balance and to cook good food on weekdays! This venue only operates Monday to Friday, so you get Every Weekend Off! You will work around 45 hours a week and the salary is up to $90K+Super+Tips.

It’s located in the heart of the CBD. Classically styled with a definite contemporary European theme and quality fit out. They have built a fantastic culture in their restaurants that is warm, nurturing & passionate.

The Restaurant

This is one well known little gem on the list of all true food lovers! A Restaurant / Wine Bar dining concept that is simple but modern & stylish décor. Furthermore, this venue has a long list of fantastic reviews & accolades.

The reputation stems from the very best in produce. Pretty much everything is made from scratch & they have a fabulous approach to service.

The Team

This is a mid size team that work well together & think of themselves as a family. Managing this team in a fair “new school approach” is what is expected & keeping up that family environment is very important as is making sure all staff are receiving the training they need, are well briefed & are being kept interested in the industry.

The Head Chef of the venue has been promoted from Sous Chef. He is a firm but fair leader that doesn’t believe in shouting but communication is one of his musts. He comes from a Michelin starred background.

The Role

This is a Snr Sous Chef position that can work all sections around the kitchen and fill in for when chefs are on holidays. The kitchen has all the equipment that is needed for the 100-seater restaurant.

Being in  the middle of the city, lunches are there busiest trade where they can do 100 to 140 covers on a busy day with 7 to 8 chefs in the kitchen.

• Someone that enjoys working under pressure and is a team player
• Can work every section in the kitchen and has experience with charcoal / woodfire
• Has a passion for cooking
• Super organised and works clean.
