The Team

The owners are laid back and fully supportive of their chefs. They’re very passionate about the hospitality industry, love to promote good talent and are very systems driven as they have been in this industry for quite some time.

The team is very close and has been working together for a long time. They are all passionate chefs who are proud of the food they cook and plate up.

The Kitchen

The spacious kitchen has all the top equipment any chef would need from Thermomixers, Vitamix, Cryvac Machine, Water circulator, Japanese Konro (Charcoal BBQ), 6-burner, Grill, etc.

There’s ample cool room space, which will be extended. The kitchen backs on to an alleyway so you get a lot of natural sunlight streaming into the kitchen.
