The company is part of a quality group that value its people – training and nurturing talent, giving you the best opportunity to grow and forge a lasting career.  This offers genuine and relatively quick career growth among its many restaurants for those who impress. And they’re looking for a Sous Chef who impresses.

The Role

We are looking for a current Sous Chef seeking development or a gun Jnr Sous looking for that next step.  It will reward the right person with a highly organised and professional team, in an environment that encourages knowledge and a go-getter attitude.

You’ll have a large team to conduct and motivate, along with maintaining the high level of service expected from all the guests.  You’ll be expected to work closely with the team and run services.

The Required Experience

Previous experience working in a busy and good quality venues is essential.  You need to be someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator.

Having at least 1-2 years of experience at a management level is ideal.  This will suit a Chef who is career hungry and focused, someone who can display excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.
