The Required Experience
Previous experience working in busy and good quality venues is essential. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is always calm in any situation and a natural motivator.
Also, you need to have at least 1-2 years of experience at a management level. This will suit a Chef who is career hungry and focused and displays excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.
