The Role

As the junior sous chef, you will be mainly cooking and working with the chef at the pass. The head chef is always looking for fresh ideas for the menu and specials.

You’ll join a team of 1 sous chef, 2 junior sous chefs, 5 chefs de partie, 4 cooks and KPs. There’s usually 8 – 10 rostered during a busy shift. The head chef treats everyone fairly under a “new school” approach.

The team is looking for a chef who loves being productive and is motivated to do his or her best for the kitchen.
