The Venue

A cosy brand new venue needs a hatted sous chef.  It is located 10 minutes from Sydney and close to parking. With a stunning set up, this 40-seat food driven wine bar is especially designed for foodies and casual catch-ups. Its cosy booths, a long copper bar and an open kitchen attribute to its cool vibe. The focus will be high-quality food and a strong drinks/wine list.

Food Style

The food will be modern and more of a mix of Mediterranean/European cuisine. The owner will be making regular trips to the markets so you will have access to the freshest and the best produce. You also get the opportunity to change the menus regularly and play with the food.

The Team

The owners are smart, nice people and supportive. They are very passionate about the hospitality industry and love to promote good talent. This experience has come from working front of house at one of Sydney’s best-known restaurants.

The Chef has a very strong background and has won hats recently. He is keen to getting more. He is also a nice guy whose passion for food is very evident in his creations. You will appreciate working with him day to day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Comes from a fine dining/hatted background
• Is highly creative and loves to use in-season produce
• Has a calm disposition and is organised in a busy environment
• Is determined to prove and establish themselves as a serious chef
