North Coast Victoria
The property is located on the south coast of NSW, focusing on modern classics with a Mediterranean twist and using the finest ingredients the South has to offer. The company is a growing business with 3 venues opened and more venues to come, so progression and opportunity is a definite guarantee further down the line.
This property has the WOW factor and attracts all walks of life from Sydney and other major cities in Australia, from top celebrities to the average Joes.
The kitchen is beautifully designed as an open-plan concept, spacious, and overlooking the whole restaurant, diners and water views.
The team is passionate and professional with a majority consisting of locals, who care about what they plate up and the produce they use!
Large Modern Club
The venue is located in a stunning wine region located two hours from Melbourne. It already has a strong food scene and is a beautiful place to live and, if at that stage of life, raise a family.
As it stands currently it’s a beautiful modern venue with well kitted out in all food and beverage outlet. They are considered market leaders and are benchmarks within the industry.
Also interestingly, there is a significant development underway over the next two years which will see a (100 room) 5* resort and conference centre added to the venue.
This is a really interesting role in running the busy restaurant, which offers the classics done but also some modern dishes and potential to “play” with the specials. Driving the culture in food and beverage through your passion and skill as a chef. It’s a hands-on role and they are a very busy venue. Looking for cool under fire / collaborative man-management style. No Screamers :0)
The Group Executive Chef has a very strong background and is passionate about food and developing his people. He will be able to train and mentor you to become a strong leader and business savvy Chef.
Modern Wine Bar Vibe
Modelled on very successful similar businesses in London and New York by an owner that knows good food and design. Having recently opened it has been treated with long queues every day, this outlet is a key one in the offerings of the venue.
It will have an Italian (ish) wine bar vibe, well made (house-made) pasta, charcuterie, cheese’s, oysters. Lots of specials and utilising local producers, basically really good food done well.
As the ideal candidate, you will come with a hands-on approach to the position and a background that is both highly creative and food-focused, preferably with a strong quality restaurant background. This venue is a game-changer within the area, offering a stylish product with great ideas and products to back it up.
Your background will have a stable history with strong produce-driven cooking skills. We are looking for a Chef that enjoys cooking passionate about the industry and composed in pressure situations.
You’ll also be someone who has a passion for the industry, full of ideas, who can understand the area and clientele, maximizing the offering to fulfil its potential.
