A passionate and experienced pizza chef is required for running day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working on a section
• Monitoring prep and stock levels
• Being coachable and great attitude
• Having a creative input to assist the chef with menus
The right candidate will have experience with high volume, quick turn over and be highly organised.
You will also be mentored by a well-known and high-profile Chef, teaching you about everything from cooking skills, people management and how to run the numbers side of things and actually running the business side of things.
