We have three venues all up – two currently operating and one going through a renovation moving it to a beautiful, industrial chic model. Our venues are hybrid cafes/brunch spots, with individual character and flair. One of our venues operates at night as a wine bar and restaurant service.

Role, Hours and Perks

We are looking for a Chef with experience in organisation, and a solid restaurant and food service background to join our team. The most important thing is that we find someone who fits in with our cultural values and understands the importance of leading an organised service. You will be working alone most of the time, so this candidate must be reliable and responsible of deadlines and quality standards.

We have a strong belief in work-life balance with this chef working strictly 38-40 hours per week. With paid overtime structures if necessary.

Weekend work is a must as shift times are Thursday to Sunday 2pm-10pm with one other day shift at the café doing breakfast and lunch.

The candidate we are looking for will be to predominantly run the dinner wine bar service.

Please note the range for this role sits around $75-85K + super + tips, depending on experience and successful interviews.

Our Team

We have incredible chefs and pastry chefs across our 3 venues. They make everything in house and execute incredible desserts, cakes, full patisserie range and more.

We have a passionate, hardworking and diverse team across our three venues. Our Group GM and Owner of the company have gone out of their way to build a nurturing business for our staff. Also, they are incredibly hands on. You will see them regularly working in our kitchens, behind our coffee machines in busy times.
