This is a small size team that works well together and bounces off each other’s strengths. They want to see a fair “new school approach” in management. It is also very important to keep up the family environment, as well as making sure all staff are receiving the training they need, well briefed, and kept interested and passionate in the industry.
This is a Head Chef position that will work the Pass during service. This person will ideally take the reins on food and labour costing, all ordering for the kitchen and be creative with input in the seasonal menu.
The kitchen has all the equipment that is needed for the 120-seater restaurant.
The Head Chef/Step-Up Sous chef we are looking for will ideally have a quality background. Moreover,
• Someone that has a want for the business’ success.
• Has a passion for cooking.
