The Property

The property is one you’ll be proud to work at and will offer you the perfect platform to showcase your high level of leadership. We are seeking a switched on current Executive Chef or a Strong Sous looking to step up.

*This property is located approximately 2-3hrs from Sydney NSW.

The Role

The ideal chef is someone who knows the food market today and where it’s going.  While the chef is above all a lover of food, they must also be a strong leader and commercial operator and someone who enjoys cooking and creating menus.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the kitchen and developing the team:

  • Full accountability for running of the kitchen
  • The ability to build and train the team of chefs
  • The ability to create cost and produce menus that fit within the current price points and style but still keep the loyal clientele interested and pleasantly surprised with your take on this style of food
  • The ability to work with the Executive Team developing the business
  • Comfortable with the administration and controlling costs

The Remuneration

Dependent on the experience and level of this Chef, we are looking at a salary of up to $120K+S as well as other perks.

Successful candidate will be based in Australia currently and available to relocate.
