The Company

An established and well-known business that has a great reputation and client list. Their focus is on high-end events and functions. It’s also very clear to them on how important it is to look after their staff. Proof to this is their staff retention, which is very rare at this time.

They have a stellar client list, the “who’s who” of Sydney.

The Kitchen

It’s an amazing facility with plenty of room to get the job done. The kitchen is really organised and also very clean. Plenty of storage room with some of the best toys to work with, smokers, hibatchi grills, etc.

Type of Events

Given that the vast majority of their clientele are high net worth individuals, much of the work is sit down meals and canapés. Events are all prepped in the main kitchen and transported by Van. Majority of work is repeat clients or annual events, corporate company events.

A lot of their events, such as weddings or corporate events are bespoke and very creative. Average size of events / canapés functions can be anything from 10 – 3000. However, majority is around 30 -150.

The other aspect of the business can be small intimate dego style dinners at private residence for the high end / wealthy clients. Lots of room for creativity, but also a catalogue of previous menu’s to draw from.
