The opening for a junior sous chef or CDP role will be involved in Banquets, Breakfast and Canteen.
The venue has two kitchens and you are expected to be involved in both. The first kitchen, which is the master kitchen, is where the majority of the big prep and service is performed. The second kitchen is used more as a satellite kitchen for expediting functions. Both kitchens are incredibly well stocked with equipment from brat pans, combi and drop ovens, fridge space, etc.
Uniforms will be provided and laundered. The hours and roster are great. There is also sponsorship on offer for the right candidate.
