The Role

Work with wood fire grills, liquid nitrogen tanks, smokers, rotisseries, and all kinds of cool gadgets in the kitchen. It is a dream kitchen to work in, where you will be learning a lot in the job.

The head chef specialises in local produce. The produce comes from all over Australia, from first rated farms and producers. You’ll get a chance to go on shopping trips with the whole team to visit local suppliers and really learn.

In total, there are 18 chefs in the team. During a busy shift, 13 will be working in the kitchen. The team gets along really well, and has developed a strong bond throughout the years.

The pay is up to $65K+super. Expect sizable tips. You’ll also receive:
