The Venue

This is a premium dining and entertainment hub in South-West Sydney. It has stunning fit-outs for the outlets throughout the whole venue. There’s no surprise that they are the market leaders and a foodie destination for the South.

The Role

We are looking for a Commis or CDP Chef who has done their apprenticeship, wants to continue learning and aims for that career growth. The right person is someone  who is interested in food, new trends and ingredients.  Being passionate about food and the industry is a must. What cookbooks do you love at the moment? Where do you eat out?

A passionate and experienced Commis chef is required for running day-to-day operations, responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

•    Working on a section
•     Monitoring prep and stock levels
•     Being coachable and great attitude

The right candidate will have experience with high volume, quick turn over and be highly organised.

You will also be mentored by a well-known and high-profile Executive Chef, teaching you about everything from cooking skills, people management and how to run the numbers side of things and actually running the business side of things.
