This newly renovated & modern club, with multi-outlet and functions, has a new position available for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
This well-known venue is the best in the area – offering clientele a quality upmarket restaurant, casual cafe style outlet, a busy bistro outlet and great functions/conference facilities.
You will be running a section in the busy brand new restaurant/upmarket bistro with your own modern kitchen and brigade with the assistance of an Executive Chef that is very much into quality produce and food.
Lots of support and training is provided if needed across all facets of the kitchen management. Parking is available and uniforms are provided and laundered, which makes this role highly coveted!
