Interview process

Working for clients, Placed Recruitment’s process is nothing if not thorough. Having checked each applicant's CV for relevant skills and experience, we then subject those chosen as potentially suitable to an in depth telephone interview. Only then is a short-list invited for face-to-face interviews with the consultant.

Depending on the task at hand, we will advise on the most effective recruitment strategy; file search, advertising selection or headhunt.

Unlike some recruitment companies, Placed Recruitment handle the entire recruitment process: account managing clients' vacancies and vetting candidates. Therefore the client also needs only one point of contact for the entire assignment.
